Who is behind Alder and Sage Co.?

We’re a small, family-run brand with a background in civil service, logistics, and procurement. Years of experience taught us how to do more with less and that same approach shapes every kit we create.

Why don’t you post videos or founder reels?

We believe in letting our products speak for themselves. Our focus is purposeful, functional design, not trends, gimmicks, or personal visibility.

Where are your kits made?

Every kit is assembled in the U.S. with components sourced from trusted domestic and international vendors. Each item is vetted for durability, quality, and everyday performance.

Do you offer custom or branded kits?

Not yet, but customizable options for corporate gifts, event bundles, and personal branding are in the works. Join our email list for early updates.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location.



Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. If your kit arrives damaged please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
